Beer Drinking

Beer games have become a social staple with the modern beer drinker. And who can blame them, when the prize for the winner is more beer to drink and the punishment for the loser is more beer to drink. It seems more like a win-win situation. There is a plethora of drinking games out there now a days. There's card games such as Up the River Down the River. Then there is also "cue" games, such as when a certain character on a certain TV show or movie says a certain line, you take a drink. There is the classic game quarters where you bounce a quarter off the table and into a glass. From quarters spawned one of the most popular beer drinking games today: Beer Pong! Beer pong is played by setting up ten cups (each filled with beer) in a pattern similar to bowling pins on both ends of a table (you want to use a longer, rectangular table). Then two players get on each side and bounce a ping ball into one of the cups on their opponents side. If they make it in the cup, that person has to drink the beer that's in the cup the ball landed in. Beer pong is ranked the number one drinking game among college students.
